Been hearing about “ECTRIMS” but not sure what it means? Here’s why it’s important.
ECTRIMS, or the European Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis, is a European organization whose mission is to bring the world’s top MS professionals together for the benefit of people affected by MS. The ECTRIMS website states that “the ultimate goal of ECTRIMS is to improve basic and clinical research and clinical outcomes in MS.” Sounds good — and they’re meeting right now!
The 32nd annual congress of ECTRIMS began on Wednesday September 14th, 2016 in London, England and will run through September 17th. Because we’re such a small organization, we weren’t able to hop across the pond and attend, but we’re following the best ECTRIMS 2016 coverage and will do our best to share the latest from London right here.
